Hello,
I am a Granddaughter of a employer of a Philipina.
She agreed to stay 24/7 with my 94 years old Grandma. I came to visit my Grandma from the USA and Philipina shall be named (R) asked me for a favor to leave Friday and back Saturday. I said OK. out of the goodness of my heart. On Saturday (R) called in sick and said she cannot come to work and I said fine but you MUST be back EARLY Sunday AM and she said ok. I was late to my appointment I had because she did not make it in until 7:30 AM when I asked her to be here very early. when she showed up late I told my Grandma is was not OK with me and that I missed an appointment because of her. (R) got super upset and started yelling at me and let me tell you - not the first or SECOND time she had done so. She said to me to not piss her off or she will leave and I will have another problem on my hands and I told her she can just go as my answer to her threat. WHAT TO DO WITH A "OVED ZAR" THAT YELLS AT FAMILY MEMBERS AND INTEFIRES WITH FAMILY MATTERS ALL THE TIME?? CAUSING PROBLEMS ALL THE TIME? She does not clean, goes to bed at 2pm with my Grandma but wakes up at 5:30 or sometimes 6pm while my Grandma is up. She is on the phone ALL THE TIME! talking to her family, sister, friends and such. I found things of my Grandma in her stuff.. My wallet was gone with 400 NIS around her and I know she needs money. WHAT SHALL I DO ??? MY GRANDMA IS TOO OLD TO DEAL WITH HER..
TODA!
